Responsibilities

• Maintain productive relationships with customers.
• Support construction activities alongside owners, estimators, project managers, and subcontractors, ensuring quality, cleanliness, and timeliness.
• Assist in resolving construction issues.
• Perform framing, drywall hanging, minor drywall finishing, painting, siding or roof repairs, ceiling installation and repair, door hanging, and hardware installation.
• Maintain shop equipment and tools.
• Install or build cabinetry and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work in noisy, hot, or cold environments.
• Expected to acquire necessary hand tools within 60 days of employment.
• Flexibility to work outside normal hours and respond to emergency calls.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work neatly and foster a cooperative environment.

Physical and Work Environment

• Requires considerable physical effort; lifting heavy objects and working on rooftops.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
