Job Responsibilities

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a foreman/carpenter or similar leadership role in construction.
• Proven carpentry skills, knowledge of construction methods, tools, and equipment.
• Experience in retail construction is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, motivating and guiding team members.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, making quick and effective decisions under pressure.
• Understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with clients, team members, and suppliers.
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade certification is a plus.
• Physical stamina and dexterity; ability to lift heavy objects and work in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
