Ryann Reed Design Build in Yardley, PA is seeking a Skilled Carpenter to join our production team and deliver exceptional craftsmanship on high-end residential remodeling projects. This role offers growth toward Lead Carpenter responsibilities and advancement within our tight-knit team.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in residential carpentry, strong framing, cabinetry, drywall, and finish carpentry, plus a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential carpentry or remodeling experience.
• Strong skills across framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry, drywall, and custom woodworking.
• High standards for craftsmanship, professionalism, and efficiency.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Lead Carpenter or crew leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry installation, drywall, trim, tile, and custom woodwork.
• Read and follow blueprints, plans, and scopes of work.
• Work collaboratively with Project Managers, Designers, Lead Carpenters, and subcontractors.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites; communicate progress and material needs daily.
• Support and guide less-experienced carpenters when needed.

We are seeking a Skilled Carpenter to join our production team and deliver exceptional craftsmanship on high-end residential remodeling projects. This is ideal for carpenters who take pride in detail, enjoy complex and challenging work, and want a clear path for growth including advancement into a Lead Carpenter role.

What You'll Do

• Perform framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry installation, drywall, trim, tile, and custom
• woodworking
• Execute work on kitchens, bathrooms, additions, basements, and whole-home remodels
• Read and follow blueprints, plans, and scopes of work
• Work collaboratively with Project Managers, Designers, Lead Carpenters, and subcontractors

Compensation

• Pay: $25–$30 per hour based on experience.
