Ryann Reed Design Build in Levittown, PA is seeking a Skilled Carpenter to join our production team and deliver exceptional craftsmanship on high-end residential remodels. This role offers growth opportunities including advancement to Lead Carpenter as you develop leadership and technical skills.

You will perform framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry installation, drywall, trim, and custom woodworking on kitchens, bathrooms, additions, basements, and whole-home projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential carpentry or remodeling experience.
• Strong framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry, drywall, and custom woodworking skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Lead Carpenter or crew leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry installation, drywall, trim, tile, and custom woodworking.
• Read and follow blueprints, plans, and scopes of work.
• Work collaboratively with Project Managers, Designers, Lead Carpenters, and subcontractors.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites; communicate progress daily.
• Support and guide less-experienced carpenters when needed.

About the Role

We are seeking a Skilled Carpenter to join our production team and deliver exceptional craftsmanship on high-end residential remodeling projects. This is ideal for carpenters who take pride in detail, enjoy complex and challenging work, and want a clear path for growth including advancement into a Lead Carpenter role.

What You'll Do

• Perform framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry installation, drywall, trim, tile, and custom
• woodworking
• Execute work on kitchens, bathrooms, additions, basements, and whole-home remodels
• Read and follow blueprints, plans, and scopes of work
• Work collaboratively with Project Managers, Designers, Lead Carpenters, and subcontractors
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites; communicate progress and material needs daily
• Support and guide less-experienced carpenters when needed

What We're Looking For

Compensation

• Pay: $25–$30 per hour based on experience.
