Job summary

Ryann Reed Design Build is seeking a Skilled Carpenter to join our production team and deliver exceptional craftsmanship on high-end residential remodeling projects. This role offers a clear path for growth, including advancement into a Lead Carpenter position.

We perform framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry installation, drywall, trim, tile, and other custom woodworking on kitchens, bathrooms, additions, basements, and whole-home remodels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential carpentry or remodeling experience.
• Strong skills across framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry, drywall, and custom woodworking.
• High standards for craftsmanship, professionalism, and efficiency.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Lead Carpenter or crew leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry installation, drywall, trim, tile, and custom woodworking.
• Read and follow blueprints, plans, and scopes of work.
• Work collaboratively with Project Managers, Designers, Lead Carpenters, and subcontractors.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites; communicate progress and material needs daily.
• Support and guide less-experienced carpenters when needed.

What You'll Do

Compensation

Pay: $25–$30 per hour based on experience. Benefits: health, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, bonus opportunities, and career growth.
