Lakeside Custom Homes & Renovations is seeking an experienced Skilled Carpenter to support custom home and remodeling projects. The role emphasizes hands-on carpentry, quality craftsmanship, and teamwork on site in a residential setting.

You will work with project managers and lead carpenters to deliver high-quality results, read plans, and use framing, trim, doors, windows, and flooring materials. Growth into leadership roles is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential carpentry experience.
• Ability to read construction drawings and plans.
• Skilled with hand and power tools.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform rough and finish carpentry on custom homes, additions, and residential remodeling projects.
• Install framing, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, flooring, and other finish materials.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and project plans.
• Safely operate hand and power tools.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites.
• Stage materials and prepare work areas for upcoming phases of construction.
• Communicate potential field issues before they become larger problems.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to keep projects moving efficiently.

Skilled Carpenter - Lakeside Custom Homes & Renovations - Commute to Doylestown, PA (Required) - Full-Time | Residential Construction - $25-$35 per hour, based on experience

We're looking for an experienced Skilled Carpenter who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in doing the job right, and wants to be part of a company where quality always comes first.

What You'll Do

As a Residential Carpenter, you'll work alongside experienced Project Managers and Lead Carpenters to help deliver exceptional remodeling and custom home projects.

Your responsibilities include:

• Perform rough and finish carpentry on custom homes, additions, and residential remodeling projects
• Install framing, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, flooring, and other finish materials
• Read and interpret construction drawings and project plans
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites

What We're Looking For
