Job summary

Lakeside Custom Homes & Renovations in Doylestown, PA is hiring a Residential Carpenter for full-time work on custom homes and renovations. You’ll perform rough and finish carpentry, install framing, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, flooring, and read construction drawings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential carpentry experience.
• Experience with rough carpentry, finish carpentry, or both.
• Ability to read construction drawings and plans.
• Skilled in using common carpentry hand and power tools.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform rough and finish carpentry on custom homes, additions, and residential remodeling projects.
• Install framing, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, flooring, and other finish materials.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and project plans.
• Safely operate hand and power tools.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites.
• Stage materials and prepare work areas for upcoming phases of construction.
• Communicate potential field issues before they become larger problems.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to keep projects moving efficiently.

What You'll Do

As a Residential Carpenter, you'll work alongside experienced Project Managers and Lead Carpenters to help deliver exceptional remodeling and custom home projects.

Your Responsibilities Include

• Perform rough and finish carpentry on custom homes, additions, and residential remodeling projects
• Install framing, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, flooring, and other finish materials
• Read and interpret construction drawings and project plans
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites
• Stage materials and prepare work areas for upcoming phases of construction
• Communicate potential field issues before they become larger problems
• Work collaboratively with teammates to keep projects moving efficiently

What We\'re Looking For
