Job summary

Lakeside Custom Homes & Renovations in Doylestown, PA is seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to guide residential remodeling projects. You will lead field work, maintain safety, and ensure top-tier craftsmanship for projects throughout the area.

You’ll mentor junior carpenters, read blueprints, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and collaborate with homeowners and project managers to deliver on schedule with high quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential construction or remodeling experience.
• Strong rough and finish carpentry skills.
• Leadership or crew supervision experience preferred.
• Ability to read construction drawings and plans.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and jobsite safety.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Full-Time | Residential Remodeling | $30-$40 per hour

We're looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter to help lead residential remodeling projects throughout the Doylestown area. If you enjoy producing quality work, mentoring others, and working alongside people who care about doing things right, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

You’ll be the field leader responsible for helping projects run safely, efficiently, and with exceptional craftsmanship.
