Griswold Home Care in Brookhaven, PA is seeking Experienced Caregivers and Home Health Aides to support clients with dementia, behavioral challenges, and mobility needs. You will provide compassionate personal care, supervision, and companionship in clients' homes.

Candidates should have at least 6 months of professional caregiving experience, be able to pass a background check, and have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of professional caregiving experience.
• Experience with dementia or challenging client behaviors preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance (preferred) - or - reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Two professional references.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on support with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Assist clients with behavioral or cognitive challenges, including dementia
• Deliver compassionate companionship and engagement
• Perform light housekeeping and ensure a safe, clean environment
• Act decisively and calmly during unexpected events or emergencies
