Job summary

Griswold Home Care for NEPA is seeking experienced caregivers and home health aides in Hanover Township, PA and surrounding areas. If you’ve cared for individuals with dementia, behavioral challenges, or mobility needs, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of professional caregiving experience.
• Experience with dementia or difficult client behaviors preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance (preferred) - or - reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Two professional references.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Assist clients with behavioral or cognitive challenges, including dementia.
• Deliver compassionate companionship and engagement.
• Perform light housekeeping and ensure a safe, clean environment.
• Act decisively and calmly during unexpected events or emergencies.
