Job summary

Senior Helpers of Greater Chicago in Riverwoods, IL is hiring skilled caregivers and CNAs to make a meaningful difference in the daily lives of seniors. Join a supportive team with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth.

We welcome experienced CNAs and caregivers with a valid CNA certification. You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, meals, medication reminders, and provide companionship, while maintaining a safe, respectful home environment.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to quality care.
• Caregiving experience preferred; 5+ years of experience is a plus.
• CNA certification and relevant training are valued.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
• Negative TB test, as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders and follow care plans.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
