Community First Solutions is seeking a Resident Assistant (State Tested CNA) to provide direct, person-centered care, assisting with daily activities to support residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being. You’ll contribute to dignity, independence, and belonging for those we serve.

We offer Full Time and Part Time schedules, with weekend rotation and sign-on bonuses; starting pay is $18.00/hour, based on state certification date.

Qualifications

• Active status on the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry.
• Direct, person-centered care to residents.
• Assistance with daily activities to support physical, emotional and social well-being.

Responsibilities
