Performance Driven Workforce in Dearborn, MI is looking for Full-time Experienced Fabricators to prepare, cut, shape and weld metal for automotive Tier 1 work. You’ll read blueprints, operate band saws and brakes, and cooperate with shop services to meet client specifications.

The role requires 4+ years fabrication and 2+ years TIG/MIG welding, with an emphasis on safety and accuracy. Overtime and weekend work may be required in this AM day shift.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 4 years fabrication experience.
• Minimum 2 years TIG/MIG welding experience.
• Minimum 2 years operating power brakes, shears and bench machines.
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication/welding drawings and codes.

Responsabilidades

• Fabricate or modify brackets, weld exhaust tubes and bosses.
• Operate band saws, brakes and shears.
• Read blueprints and engineer drawings to shape metal per specs.
• Maintain shop equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
• Participate in daily shop organization and clean-up.
