Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• I-CAR / ASE certifications preferred.
• 2–3 years of collision repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Customer-focused attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble vehicles to assist collision estimators in assessing damage.
• Identify repairs to minimize supplements and repair time.
• Plan work procedures according to work orders.
• Access damaged areas using upholstery removal and related tasks.
• Mend damaged body parts and ensure fit and finish meet standards.
• Operate hand and power tools including welders and grinders.
• Finish surfaces before handing vehicles to the Paint Dept.
• Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles for safety and quality.
