Staffmark in Vonore, TN is seeking an Assembler to join a 1st shift team. The role involves assembling components with hand tools, reading prints, and following work instructions to meet specifications.

You will work in a collaborative environment on a defined career path, with a pay rate of $17.05 per hour and weekly pay. Training and safety protocols are emphasized to support accurate, efficient production.

Qualifications

• 3+ months of manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Ability to read basic prints, instructions, and process sheets.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Familiarity with manufacturing systems (AS400 experience a plus).
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components using prints to meet product specifications.
• Follow standardized work instructions to produce high-quality parts.
• Work collaboratively within a team or cell-based environment, including cross-training as needed.
• Identify and report quality or assembly issues and support problem resolution.
• Assist in training new team members on assembly processes.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
