ALCOM LLC is a manufacturer of aluminum trailers with multiple plants nationwide. The Production Assembler handles measuring, cutting, and drilling aluminum, plywood, and skins. Training is provided, and staff may work across Production areas.
Responsibilities include reading blueprints, following work orders, and balancing productivity with quality and safety. A clean, safe work environment and proper PPE are emphasized to ensure high-quality trailers and continuous improvement.

The Production Assembler is responsible for performing all tasks involved in the production of aluminum trailers. This includes measuring, cutting, and drilling of aluminum, plywood, and skins. All Production workers are expected to be available to work in all areas of Production. Position offers job training. Training may include shop print reading, light assembly, and aluminum welding. Job requirements are close to residential and commercial carpentry and construction trade type of work and require some mechanical aptitude, good hand-eye coordination, while using diverse types of shop equipment and cordless power hand tools.
