Power Home Remodeling is actively seeking transitioning service members for its DoW SkillBridge program, a 2–4 month cross-department exposure across Revenue, Operations, and Craftsman Academy. You will work with a dedicated Pathways team and leaders to develop leadership potential and practical skills.

Upon program completion, the goal is full-time placement with a sign-on bonus for commitment. The company offers strong benefits and a pathway to growth across a national network of locations.

Qualifications

• Active or transitioning service member
• Interest in roles across sales, operations, and crafts
• Willing to participate in a multi-department exposure program

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 2–4 month SkillBridge program across Revenue, Operations and Craftsman Academy.
