Job summary

Allied Universal invites transitioning service members to apply for the Skillbridge Veteran Operational Leadership Program. This 3-month internship provides OJT from leaders and SME's, with weekly task plans and goals, aiming to prepare you for a full-time leadership role.

Selection dates span October 2026 to April 2027, and the goal is to offer a leadership position after completion, salary range $55k-$75k.

Qualifications

• Must have active duty service member with limited remaining service
• Willingness to work onsite, 40 hours/week, for 8 weeks minimum
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Talent selection: learn to select, onboard, schedule and train Security Professionals and Shift Supervisors
• Team engagement: coach and mentor Allied Universal team members
• Administrative management: assist with uniforms, supplies, timekeeping, payroll and scheduling
• Client relations: learn security programs based on client needs and industry standards; resolve issues from routine to crises
• Business operations: learn to run a profitable branch by managing compliance, training, safety, licensing, metrics, financials and satisfaction
