Power Home Remodeling offers a 2-4 month SkillBridge program designed for active and transitioning service members. Participants gain exposure across Revenue, Operations and Craftsman Academy, supported by a dedicated Pathways team to ensure a premier experience.

The program aims to place veterans and military spouses into full-time roles after completion, with a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits as part of the DoW partnership, in multiple locations nationwide.

Qualifications

• Open to active and transitioning service members.
• Participation in the DoW SkillBridge program.
• 2-4 month program with exposure to multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 2-4 month SkillBridge program across Revenue, Operations, and Craftsman Academy.
• Work with the Pathways team and leaders throughout the business.
• Move toward full-time opportunities with DoW partnership after program.
