Job summary

Allied Universal Vet eran Leadership Program offers transitioning service members a 3-month on-the-job training with Allied Universal leaders and experts to prepare for civilian leadership roles.

Program dates span October 2026 to April 2027; at the program's end, the goal is a full-time leadership interview/off er for a base salary of $55k-$75k, though employment is not guaranteed.locations may vary across the US, including FL and AZ.

Qualifications

• Active duty service member with 180 days of service or fewer remaining prior to your date of discharge.
• Can work onsite, 40 hours per week, for a minimum of 8 weeks with a maximum of 3 months.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Talent selection: learn to select, onboard, schedule and train Security Professionals and Shift Supervisors.
• Team engagement: coach and mentor Allied Universal team members.
• Administrative management: assist with uniforms, supplies, timekeeping, payroll and scheduling.
• Client relations: learn security programs based on client needs and industry standards; handle issues from routine to crises.
• Business operations: help run a profitable branch by managing compliance, training, safety, licensing, metrics and employee satisfaction.
