SkillBridge Operations Trainee – Rocky Mountains Region

Join SRS Distribution Inc. as a SkillBridge Operations Trainee in the Rocky Mountains Region. This role is part of the Department of Defense SkillBridge Program, designed for service members with 180 days or fewer remaining before discharge.

SRS Distribution, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Home Depot, is a leading distributor of building materials, landscape products, and pool & spa supplies with over 750 locations in 47 states.

16 weeks

Location

On‑site, based at branch locations in Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Nevada, Utah, Colorado

Program Criteria

• 180 days or fewer remaining on active duty at the start of the program
• Approval from Chain of Command
• Pay Grade E5 and above

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
• Exposure to high noise levels in the work environment

• Ability to work on sloped roofs of varying pitch and height
