Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years in hydraulic parts/assemblies in aerospace or manufacturing.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical work.
• Must be able to obtain Secret clearance.
• Experience reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand blueprints and tech drawings.
• Translate blueprints into fabrication steps for structural assemblies.
• Align parts on jigs using templates and fixtures.
• Perform part-fitting operations including drilling, reaming, and riveting.
• Measure parts with micrometers and calipers to verify dimensions.
• Modify assemblies to incorporate design changes and verify quality.
• Use shop controls and systems and apply PPE on the shop floor.
