Power Home Remodeling is currently running a DoW SkillBridge program in the United States for transitioning service members. The 2-4 month program provides exposure to Revenue, Operations, and Craftsman Academy, with dedicated Pathways support, aiming to place participants into full-time roles after completion.

Participants are guided by leaders across departments, with a sign-on bonus offered for commitment and contributions during the program.
