Power Home Remodeling is offering a DoW DoW SkillBridge program designed for active and transitioning service members and military spouses. Over a 2-4 month window, participants gain exposure to Revenue, Operations, and Craftsman Academy while a dedicated Pathways team mentors them toward full-time opportunities.

The program leads to full-time roles after completion, with a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits including 401(k), health/dental/vision, life insurance, and PTO.

Qualifications

• 2-4 month program designed for each individual.
• DoW SkillBridge program exposure to multiple departments across the business.
• Transitioning service members and military spouses encouraged to participate.

Responsibilities

• Participate with departments: Revenue, Operations, Craftsman Academy across the program.
• Support participants through the Pathways team and leadership throughout the business.
• Help ensure a strong 5-star homeowner experience through project exposure.
