Power Home Remodeling offers a DoW SkillBridge program for transitioning service members across Revenue, Operations and Craftsman Academy. The 2-4 month program provides exposure to multiple departments with support from a dedicated Pathways team.

In partnership with DoW, the company aims to hire SkillBridge participants full-time after completion and offers a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits as part of becoming a team member.

Qualifications

• Active duty military personnel or military spouses eligible.
• Participation in the DoW SkillBridge program.
• 2–4 month program across departments.
• Full-time conversion after program and sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Work with Revenue, Operations, and Craftsman Academy departments.
• Gain exposure to multiple departments across the business.
• Support the Pathways team and leadership throughout the program.
