Job summary

Holcim (US) Inc. is seeking a Skid Steer Operator for the Northglenn, CO area to support paving, patching and prep crews. The role includes loading trucks, maintaining materials, and performing paving and grading work with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of related experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus; commitment to safety policies is essential.

Qualifications

  • Runs paving/grading equipment.
  • Performs visual and safety inspection of equipment.
  • May maintain appearance of equipment, check air pressure and fluid levels; perform minor repairs.

Skid Steer Operator – Northglenn, CO

We are looking for a skilled operator to work on the Paving, Patch and Prep Crews. The operator will conduct routine daily inspections of equipment, maintain equipment in a clean and safe manner, load trucks, and perform paving/grading work.

Responsibilities
  • Loads trucks, maintains proper quantities of material to be loaded, moves earth or material from one location to another, and performs paving/grading work.
  • Finishing grading work, building out corners.
  • Keeps equipment clean and orderly.
  • Performs daily inspections on equipment to ensure safe operation.
  • Ensures that safety, compliance, environmental requirements are followed at all times.
  • Operates equipment, loading material into bins, into crusher, into trucks or into plant.

  • Completes paperwork that may be necessary; assists with other duties required.
