Goshen Engineering is seeking a hands-on Skid Assembly Supervisor to directly supervise the assigned Skid Assembly team within Production and support the safe, efficient, and quality-focused assembly of skids and integrated electrical equipment and systems. Reporting to the Production Manager, this role leads Electrical Assembly Technician I-III employees and designated Leads, plans and prioritizes work, monitors production and quality, develops employees, and coordinates with Engineering, Quality, Materials, Control Wiring, and other teams to resolve issues and support delivery requirements.

High School or better.
Experience in manufacturing, electrical assembly, industrial assembly, or a related production environment.
Experience with documented quality checks, production records, and coordination of materials and work schedules.
Experience assembling skids, electrical equipment, or integrated electrical systems.
Prior experience supervising or leading electrical assembly or manufacturing employees.
