Blue Mountain Resort in Palmerton, PA is seeking a punctual, detail-oriented individual to maintain guest equipment and provide an exceptional skiing experience.

You will tune and repair rental gear, mount and test bindings, and ensure all tools and machines are safely operated. Flexibility for holidays and weekends is essential, with a commitment to guest satisfaction and a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Skiing and/or Snowboarding experience required
• Previous tuning experience preferred
• Must be available to work a flexible workweek (including holidays and weekends)
• Timely and reliable attendance is essential, even in inclement weather
• Professional, friendly personality is essential for interaction with guests

Responsibilities

• Determine appropriate equipment repair needs for guests
• Tuning and repair of guest and Blue Mountain equipment
• Mounting, repair, and testing of ski bindings
• Follow directives and operate independently
• Ability to pass binding certification tests
• Perform tune and repairs needed and finish with Montana tune machine
• Immediately report operational and equipment challenges to Technical Manager
• Maintain an accurate inventory of equipment
• Return all equipment to correct location
• Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment
• Clean and maintain machines, benches, and hand tools each night
• Safely operate all equipment and tools
