Job summary

Ragged Mountain Resort is seeking an Rentals Equipment Tech II to assist guests with selecting and sizing ski and snowboard equipment. You will set up gear, adjust bindings, and ensure paperwork is completed while explaining proper use of the equipment.

Responsibilities include station setup, binding calculations, and providing excellent guest service, with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Skis and Snowboards.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be attentive to detail.
• Must be able to adapt to unexpected situations.
• Must remain calm and friendly under stress.

Responsibilities

• Set up stations and tools.
• Calculate binding settings and adjust bindings for each guest.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the rental manager.
• Check every binding with a boot for each rental.
• Inform guests how to use the equipment rented.
• Provide guests with a return slip and ski number.
• Provide services to guests.
