Job summary

Mt. La Crosse is seeking a Pro Shop Salesperson to join our seasonal team. You’ll sell gear and equipment and offer friendly, knowledgeable service to help guests select items that fit their needs.

Prior ski or snowboard gear experience is preferred, and shifts include days, nights, and weekends, typically 5–8 hours. This role supports a fast-paced ski shop environment with opportunities to earn discounts on rentals and pro shop items while contributing to a fun, family-friendly winter

Mt. La Crosse welcomed its first skiers in the 1959-1960 season and has been a winter, family fun favorite in La Crosse ever since! Located on the south end of La Crosse, about ten miles from the downtown area, Mt. La Crosse provides breathtaking views of the river valley and bluffs to skiers and snowboarders of all levels. With a full-service rental and repair shop, private and group lessons, retail store, concessions and award-winning bar, Mt. La Crosse has many seasonal, full and part-time positions to fill. We are seeking teammates with energetic, positive and can-do attitudes to join our tight-knit team. These seasonal positions typically run November to mid-March and require some nights, weekends and holidays.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Pro Shop Salesperson! This position will be responsible for selling gear and equipment. In this role, you'll provide friendly, knowledgeable service to help guests find the right gear for their needs. Basic sales skills and a helpful attitude are key, and experience with ski or snowboard equipment is preferred. Days, nights and weekend shifts available, typically 5-8 hours per shift.
