Responsibilities include evaluating guest ability, guiding progression, and assisting with chairlift loading, equipment fitting, and MSS operations. Applicants must be 18+, fluent in English, and able to work holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School or equivalent education.
• Background check completed successfully.
• MSS training sessions must be completed.
• Available to work holidays and weekends.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Team player with good cooperation.
• Capable of working in inclement weather and alpine conditions.
• Good sight, hearing, and speech for instruction.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality ski or snowboard instruction to guests.
• Assess guest skill level and tailor lessons accordingly.
• Explain lesson content and track progress with guests.
• Assist guests with loading/unloading chairlifts and equipment.
• Ensure guest safety on varied terrain and weather.
• Support MSS operations, including gear fitting and checklists.
