Job summary

PSIA/AASI Western Region is seeking certified ski and snowboard instructors for the 2026/2027 winter season in a world-class mountain environment. Instructors will deliver high-quality lessons to guests of all ages, ensuring safety, fun, and exceptional guest service while supporting ski school operations.

The role offers full- and part-time opportunities, competitive hourly pay, and benefits such as free passes, lessons, and discounts. Applicants must be at least 16 and fluent in English.

Qualifications

PSIA/AASI Level 1 certification or ISIA-equivalent.
Fluent English communication.
Experience teaching skiing or snowboarding to all ages.
Willingness to work weekends/holidays.
Minimum age 16 years.

Responsibilities

Teach group and private lessons.
Work with guests of all ages and abilities.
Deliver world class guest service in a safe, fun environment.
Create a safe and engaging learning atmosphere.
Assist with ski school operations (scanning, lifts, fittings).
Provide guest feedback to inspire lifelong skiers and riders.
Other duties as assigned.
