Job summary

Mt. Bachelor LLC in Bend, Oregon is seeking enthusiastic ski and snowboard instructors to teach guests of all ages. You will develop logical lesson plans, ensure safety, and foster a fun learning environment on the mountain.

Certification in PSIA or AASI is a plus, and candidates should be able to work outdoors in all conditions, bring own equipment, and commit to a full or part-time schedule including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• PSIA or AASI certification a plus.
• Minimum education: High School or equivalent.
• Experience coaching or teaching children is a plus.
• Ability to ski/snowboard beginner terrain and manage lessons.

Responsibilities

• Teach skiing or snowboarding to guests of all ages.
• Develop a logical, structured lesson plan for each session.
• Maintain safety procedures and professional conduct during lessons.
• Oversee students, including during meals and breaks.
• Attend training sessions to improve teaching skills and stay current.
