The Ski Shop Technician at Golf & Ski Warehouse is responsible for promoting and maintaining a store culture that is consistent with Worldwide Golf's values, including the "Sure No Problem" philosophy, which has made Worldwide Golf what it is today. "Sure No Problem" means putting the customer first, and doing whatever we can to ensure a memorable and positive customer experience.
Job Summary: The Ski Shop Technician is responsible for the tuning, waxing, mounting and binding adjustments of incoming skis, snowboards as well as the company lease inventory. The anticipated consumer turnaround is 48 hours unless otherwise agreed upon.
Ideally, the prospective candidates will have ski and boot sales experience. While the anticipation is that the amount of shop work will dictate a full 40 hour work week, the flexibility to work the sales floor is a plus.
This is a seasonal, full-time position which starts on or about October 1st and concludes April 1st (weather and business dependent.) The opportunity for year-round employment exists if the candidate meets stated expectations.
