Qualifications

• Full-time availability 4 days/week, 10-hour shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Experience in ski rentals, demos, or retail preferred.
• Understanding of binding liability practices or willing to train.
• Able to lead a team and make on-the-spot decisions.
• Reliable, organized, and customer-service oriented; transportation to Alta required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support rental and retail staff throughout the day.
• Oversee all demo ski setups and ensure proper DIN settings and liability procedures are followed.
• Act as the on-site lead for liability, safety, or customer service concerns.
• Train new staff and uphold shop protocols and service standards.
• Assist with boot fittings, ski setups, and retail sales.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and inventory levels in the shop.
• Communicate regularly with upper management regarding shop performance and staffing needs.
