Job summary

Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah, is seeking Seasonal Reservation Agents to book ski school classes, rentals, childcare, and private lessons by phone. This role requires strong communication and the ability to work across multiple systems.

Training is provided and staff may transition to FT/PT schedules with on-site and remote possibilities. On-site duties at Snow Park Lodge during training, with eventual hybrid work options and access to ski perks, housing support, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional knowledge of PC-based computer systems and the ability to master multiple new programs and informational platforms.
• Ability to multitask while operating computer and phone systems.
• Flexible schedule with 7 day per week availability.
• Must attend training sessions prior to season opening.
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Communicate departmental services, policies, and procedures to guests in a professional manner.
• Accurately book reservations with great attention to detail.
• Assist with all office and reservation-related tasks and complete assigned daily duties in a timely and accurate manner.
• Handle demanding situations with guests calmly and professionally.
• Help maintain and encourage a sense of teamwork among coworkers.
• Other duties as assigned.
