Job summary

Vail Resorts in the United States offers winter seasonal roles for 2026/27, including Cooks, Drivers, Instructors, and more. Earn competitive hourly wages and enjoy free ski passes, lessons, employee discounts, and wellness benefits as part of our Epic Service program.

Positions range from full-time to part-time, with housing availability and opportunities to grow through our training programs. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and will stay open until December 15th or until filled.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 18 years of age or older required.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors and indoors.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality guest service.
• Setting up fencing.
• Responsible for serving food.
• Maintain a clean, safe and fun environment.
• Communicate with parents and coworkers regarding the care of children.
• Deliver varied children's activities such as story time, games, chairlift rides and outside play.
• Be an ambassador for My Epic; provide insightful advice and friendly My Epic support to guests in need.
• Other duties as assigned.
