Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Ski & Ride School Front Desk and ensure efficient guest check-in, lesson registration, and reservation management.
• Lead front desk staff, supervise scheduling, onboarding, and training.
• Coordinate lesson sales and reservations and maintain accurate records of sales, registrations, waivers, and guest information.
• Collaborate with Rental, Lift Operations, Guest Services and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Support special events, group programs, and seasonal operational planning.
