Job summary

Beech Mountain Resort in Beech Mountain, NC is seeking a friendly Ski School Cashier to support guest services in the ski school. You will operate the register, handle transactions, and assist guests with lesson information, equipment needs, and check-out processes.

Flexible full- and part-time hours are available during peak seasons. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean counter, processing sales, and providing exceptional service to ensure guests have a positive experience on and off

Qualifications

Must be able to operate a cash register with accuracy.
Customer service experience is a plus.
Knowledge of skiing and snowboarding or willingness to learn.
Reliable transportation required to navigate snowy/winter conditions.

Responsibilities

Operate the cash register and handle cash/credit transactions.
Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest experience at the ski school.
Resolve customer questions and guide guests with relevant information.
Turn in all cash, reports and receipts to Cash Control.
Keep the ski school counter clean and organized.
Process sales quickly while capturing guest data and engaging with guests.
Handle high volumes of guest interactions while maintaining service quality.
Take initiative to perform duties that facilitate operations and keep areas tidy.
Enjoy interacting with guests and discussing ski lessons to ensure a welcoming experience.
