Solitude Ski & Ride School is seeking a Group Lesson Supervisor to oversee daily group lesson products for kids and adults and coordinate school groups and community programs. You will lead instructors, plan daily operations, and support hiring, training, timekeeping, and evaluations.

Qualified candidates have PSIA-AASI Level I certification (Level II preferred) and 2 years of industry experience. Strong leadership and data-driven decision making are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Current PSIA-AASI Level I certification; Level II preferred.
• At least 2 years of Snowsports industry experience.
• Strong communication and leadership across 1:1 and group settings.

SeasonalJOB TITLE: Group Lesson SupervisorDIVISION: Solitude Ski & Ride SchoolREPORTS TO: Snowsports ManagerLOCATION: Solitude Ski & Ride SchoolCLASSIFICATION: Full-Time/ Seasonal/ HourlyPAY RATE: $28.88POSITION:The Ski & Ride School Group Lesson Supervisor oversees all daily group lesson products for kids and adults of all ages. This role also oversees school groups and grant-funded community programs. They are responsible for planning daily operations, coordinating program dates, participant inventory, and instructor staffing. Additionally, this role will support other operational functions including hiring, training, timekeeping, evaluating, recognition & disciplinary action, reporting, and offboarding.SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:• Strong, clear communication and leadership skills across 1:1, group, and cross-functional settings, with the empathy and self-awareness to develop, motivate, and adapt to a team of instructors• Must be dependable, punctual, and accountable, taking ownership and staying persistent to drive work to completion• Knowledgeable of basic computer programs, with the ability to learn new ones• Able to synthesize data and experience to make objective, timely decisions on staffing and operations, even in fast-paced or ambiguous conditions• Possess an organized work style• Able to be Innovative and creative• On snow supervision of Snowsports operation experience is a plus• Current Level I PSIA-AASI (or equivalent) Certification, and 2 years industry experience is required.
