Job summary

PSIA-AASI Western Region is seeking a Kids Program Supervisor at Jay Peak to manage the Kids Program for skiers and snowboarders aged 4-12. This vital role involves ensuring a positive experience for guests, fostering program development, and providing leadership to staff.

Qualified candidates will have at least three years of teaching experience, PSIA or AASI level 2 certifications, and a proven leadership background. Job description

The Ski & Ride Kids Program Supervisor is a key part of the supervisor leadership team in the Ski & Ride School, specifically responsible for all aspects of running the Kids Program for skiers and snowboarders ages 4-12.

Applicants need to be energetic, passionate, welcoming, and hardworking people who want to be a part of creating a fantastic time for guests and employees while at Jay and part of our Kids Program. The program has been growing and changing fast over the last few years as Jay Peak has expanded and the supervisor is responsible for continuing this evolution and constantly working towards a better, more efficient and effective program. The supervisor's ability to foster change and adjust aspects of the experience is crucial to the development of this part of the school.

• At least three years of teaching skiing or snowboarding

Wages ranging from $20–$23 per hour, depending on experience.
