Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Open to entry-level applicants.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather.
• Able to stand and move for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium guest service by providing information and assistance with a smile.
• Validate tickets to ensure guests have valid access before loading lifts.
• Work cooperatively with Lift Operators and other teams to manage lift lines safely and efficiently.
• Maintain and secure departmental equipment such as scan devices and radios.
• Escalate safety or product issues to leadership as they arise and perform other duties as assigned.
