Job summary

Timberline Lodge is seeking a shuttle attendant to assist guests loading and off-loading the shuttle, ensuring tickets are valid and maintaining excellent guest relations. You will coordinate with Guest Services and the Parking Lot Department as needed and support shuttle operations during busy periods.

The role requires strong communication skills, a service-oriented personality, and the ability to work in varying weather conditions on site at the ski area.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent service oriented personality.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be detail oriented and able to set and meet high customer service standards.
• Must use proper etiquette while conversing with guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests loading and off-loading the shuttle bus.
• Check that shuttle riders have a valid lift ticket or season pass.
• Maintain excellent public relations with guests.
• Work all scheduled shuttle shifts.
• Communicate with shuttle driver and Guest Services as needed.
• Direct guests to shuttle bus line and manage crowd flow.
• Present a professional image at all times.
