Job summary

RLK-And-Company is seeking a Shuttle Attendant to support guests as the ski area opens and operates for the season. You will assist loading and unloading, provide information, and help create a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities include crowd control, ticket verification, and coordinating with Guest Services and the Parking Lot Department as needed, while maintaining a professional image and excellent service standards.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent service oriented personality.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be detail oriented and able to meet high customer service standards.
• Must use proper etiquette while conversing with guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests loading and off-loading the shuttle bus.
• Check that riders have a valid lift ticket or season pass to ride shuttle.
• Provide information services and resolve conflicts.
• Coordinate with Guest Services and Parking Lot Department as needed.
• Maintain professional public relations with guests and present a professional image.
• Direct guests to shuttle lines and manage crowd control.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
