Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring for Winter Seasonal Front of House roles. You will engage guests, set up beverage stations, assist with food displays, and help deliver an exceptional mountain experience.

Starting wage is $20/hour, with tipped positions guaranteed at least $20/hour including tips. This seasonal role offers full-time hours and housing is not provided, with opportunities to grow through Epic Service training.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English
• Desire to learn and grow
• Able to stand and lift up to 40lbs

Responsibilities

• Make connections with guests and co-workers
• Share our passion for the mountains during service
• Follow the leadership guidelines as outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting
• Set beverage stations and food displays, cashier, greet guests and bus tables
• Maintain clean and tidy workstations throughout and at the end of the workday
• Other duties as assigned
