Job summary

Tahoe Donner Association is seeking friendly Parking Attendants for our Downhill Ski Resort Operations in Truckee, CA. Seasonal roles involve greeting guests and ensuring safe, efficient egress to and from parking areas.

Responsibilities include monitoring lots, directing traffic, setting up signage, and assisting with snow removal when needed. Perks include gym access, discounts, and advancement opportunities based on performance.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications recommended.
• Excellent communication and people skills required.
• Ability to work outdoors in winter conditions and seasonal hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to guests, employees and business partners.
• Monitor parking lots, entrances and exits.
• Direct guests to parking areas and set up signage for traffic flow.
• Assist with snow removal as needed (shoveling/clearing walkways).
