Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks a Grooming Manager to lead the resort's grooming team, ensuring safe, smooth slopes and a memorable guest experience for skiers of all levels. You will oversee crews, operate snowcats and snowmobiles, and prep trails nightly to keep them pristine.

Responsibilities include coordinating with safety staff, supporting snowmaking and event prep, and promoting high morale through strong leadership. A valid driver’s license is required and prior resort grooming is preferred.

Qualifications

• Three years of ski resort grooming experience preferred.
• Leadership or team-building experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ski slopes and trails to ensure safety and quality for guests.
• Operate heavy machinery (snowcats, snowmobiles) for grooming.
• Assist with resort events and snowmaking operations as needed.
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on grooming equipment.
• Participate in safety briefings and coordinate with management on conditions.
