Solitude Mountain Resort seeks an Incident Investigator Specialist for a seasonal full‑time role, providing on-mountain expertise in investigating incidents and rescues. The incumbent reports to Patrol leadership and is part of the bargaining unit under the Solitude Ski Patrol.
You must be a Solitude Mountain Patroller with expert risk management, documentation skills, and the ability to testify in depositions and trials.

This is a non-supervisory position that will provide on-mountain expertise in investigating incidents and rescues. The Incident Investigation Specialist reports directly to the Director of Patrol, Ski Patrol Manager, Avalanche Mitigation Manager, and Patrol Supervisor. This position is part of a bargaining unit represented by the Solitude Ski Patrol Union.
