Solitude Mountain Resort is seeking an Incident Investigator Specialist to provide on-mountain expertise in incident and rescue investigations. This seasonal full-time role reports to patrol leadership and supports risk management initiatives across the patrol structure.

This is a non-supervisory position that will provide on-mountain expertise in investigating incidents and rescues. The Incident Investigation Specialist reports directly to the Director of Patrol, Ski Patrol Manager, Avalanche Mitigation Manager, and Patrol Supervisor. This position is part of a bargaining unit represented by the Solitude Ski Patrol Union.
