This is a non-supervisory position that will be responsible for a wide variety of mountain operations. The position involves a significant amount of field work. The Avalanche Mitigation Technician Specialist reports directly to the Director of Patrol, Avalanche Mitigation Manager, Avalanche Mitigation Assistant Supervisor, and Patrol Manager. This position requires strong interpersonal relationship skills. This position is part of a bargaining unit represented by the Solitude Ski Patrol Union.
